Our serverless applications do not rely on traditional Windows or Linux operating systems and do not require regular maintenance, reducing the likelihood of system downtime. We guarantee 99.9% uptime and in the unlikely event of a system outage, our alerting system will immediately notify us and we will take quick action to restore service. Additionally, our systems are designed to automatically restore service as soon as possible.

If a bug is discovered in any of our codes, we will fix it without any additional cost to you. In case of major problems that could disrupt operations, we will address them promptly, with a target resolution time of 2-4 hours. If you decide to end your relationship with Web Services Pros, all your data belongs to you and can be easily exported from our database. Our developers will provide you with the necessary data to build your own applications. However, if you prefer to continue using our cloud API and database, you may do so, but this will come at an additional cost.

Yes, we provide a guarantee of service for a certain period of time after the initial setup. This period varies depending on the specific product or service being offered. Our standard guarantee includes delivery of data, 99% uptime, and a bug-free service. Additionally, we require 30 days of notice to cancel monthly service.
